Yay, I'm actually in a good mood now. I was getting sick a couple days ago, and now I think I'm getting better. I've been drinking lots of liquids and taking vitamins, and I think I reversed the sickness attack! Praise God! :)

Right now I'm listening to Christmas music... oh I can't wait until Christmas! I can't wait until I can finally take a break from school... and go see my friends. It's been such a long time... I miss everyone so much. *sigh* Listening to my Christmas MP3 playlist brings back memories of Princeton... I remember that one Christmas when Ted, Jane, Eileen and I went walking around the town to look at all the lights and displays, and we took a picture under the big Christmas tree in Palmer Square. And then there was the time I went Christmas shopping with Jamie and I bought that little Christmas tree for my room. And how Yee-Wai was so nice to take care of it for me when I went away for Christmas break. So many memories... ahhh, I'm getting all nostalgic and sentimental... :) *sigh*

I miss Princeton so much... because when I think of Princeton I remember all my friends and all the fun times we had. It was so good to talk with Risa a couple nights ago. I want to write a couple letters and call some people. You know, all my life I've been the type of person who always looks forward to the future no matter what; now is the first time I find myself not able to stop thinking about the past.

Hope everyone had a happy Thanksgiving. :) Mine was pretty uneventful... went home, slept, did some shopping, came back to school. Heheh, I found a really nice jacket at BR on sale for 70 dollars, yay! Right now I'm pretty tired... I was up all night and I still have one more problem set to finish by 4:00 PM... that's in 4 hours... so I'd better start cracking.

Dui bu chi, gomen, pardon, sorry... I've been away from this page for a long time, yet again. Right now I'm in the library. CWRU actually has a really nice looking library... it has a Roman-looking facade (like I know what "Roman buildings" are... but it's what popped into my mind) with tall pillars and a concave-outward face. There's also a circular path around a grassy knoll in front, and there's a lake behind it with a whitestone sculpture garden. Cool! :D

Anyways, the reason I'm here is to meet with my group to discuss a project for our Biomedical Transducers class. They're late, so I'm writing this as I wait. I'm getting hungry... hmmm.

I keep getting these flashbacks of stuff that happened back in Princeton-- not seemingly important events, but rather little things that somehow affected me in a peculiar way. Weird.

Anyways, whenever I get stressed out I start rubbing the back of my ear. I don't remember how or when I acquired this habit. But recently, the back of my ear started bleeding cause I've been rubbing it too much. Fourteen more hours until my last midterm... I can't wait for Christmas break, and for this semester to be over with. *sigh* Ahh, the microwave is telling me that my dinner is ready. Time for the feast! :p

I got back from lab this morning at around 11. I was so tired... I basically fell into bed after setting my alarm and slept for three hours. Now I need to study for my midterm on Monday. This is starting to stress me out...

On a happier note... I just made the most wonderful food! Yes! I call it "Spicy Beef and Egg Fried Rice." It's sooooo good!!! I used two eggs, canned ground beef (the typical chinese kind), a good amount of classic asian chilli sauce, a bit of ginger soy sauce, and butter for frying. I was surprised when I actually ate it because I had no idea how it would turn out, and I was very pleasently surprised by the outcome. *happiness* ^^

Catching up with schoolwork is never any fun. >.< I spent all last night in lab and it seems like I only got very little work done. When I came back to my room at 7am I tried to continue studying but instead I fell asleep. ARGH!!! *sigh* Oh well, I still have a pile of work to do, so I'm heading back to lab now and will probably be back in the morning.
The only interesting thing that happened today was a random conversation in French on IRC with someone in my anime channel. Click [here] to read the log file.

A sketch!

This is just a quick sketch by me from a couple days ago, done on the computer with paintchat and the freehand tool. I prefer using pencil over mouse, but at least this way there aren't any pencil smudges. ^^ I know there are tons of things wrong with this pic (i.e. hands are too small, arm dimensions are all wrong, etc) but it's just a sketch! ^^

heehee, that's what I should be doing right now. So... back to my books. :p

It's been a while, hasn't it? ^^

Well, I promise from now on to update this page more regularly. My life has been basically in a slump these past couple weeks. So, after a month of sitting on my lazy ass, feeling depressed about everything and hating myself, I've finally decided to pick myself up and start over. Yay! Well, hopefully I'll be more disciplined and productive from this point on.

Well, to start off, I've got four assignments I need to complete by tomorrow morning for my Systems and Signals class and Biomedical Transducers class. I've really been slacking, and now's the time to pay up for all my procrastination. *sigh* Well, wish me luck... off I go!
